Words are my passion.
A journalist, a poet, a writer, an artist – whatever I do it is always related to words. After moving to Paris from Minsk in 2016, I found myself in an unknown scene of language, so I had to reinvent myself. That is when tattooing became my way of speaking.
Establishing myself as a tattoo artist granted me the opportunity to connect with many different people, but at some point, tattooing, in its conventional form, became insufficient for me. Therefore I came up with the idea of interviewing individuals in the aim of finding meaningful words that would serve as a daily muse for them.
Since then, I have interviewed over 700 people and visited 28 countries. Owing to this I have learned to converse about the most intimate subjects, like fears, anxieties, wounds, passions, beliefs or desires; and to reinterpret life stories by asking thought-provoking questions.
